Is your sales funnel kinky?

My Marketing Dept CEO, Andre Alford, raises the taboo topic of kinky sales funnels. Normally a problem that businesses deny happens to them, Andre discusses how to draw them, what the various shapes mean and what steps you can take to bring them back to health.

Below are the key steps you need to take when doing sales funnel analysis:

  • Important to do sales funnel analysis for each individual sales channel
  • Discuss the findings with the relevant sales team
  • Don’t come away until you and the team have a deep understanding of what is causing the kink and a plan to fix it.
  • Check again as soon as there is enough data to analyse again.
  • Make sales funnel analysis a regular event
  • Don’t forget to refer to the regular customer satisfaction surveys to enhance understanding and measure future changes.
