Ask yourself one important question
What is the pain or problem that you are trying to fix? Typically, you would want to consider outsourcing if one or more of the following points is true:
- You or your team don’t know how to do the work and it is not worth your or their time learning how to do it or buying the tools to do the job.
- Your or your team’s net contribution to business profits could be higher if you or they spent the same time doing other tasks instead.
